Characteristics of Wall Toys
Our wall toys are designed with attention to child-contact details. From FSC-certified wood sourcing to precision production and smooth edge treatment, every detail is made to support safer and more durable use in preschool environments.
Wood sources are FSC certified, sustainable and environmentally friendly, with no formaldehyde concerns. The wood is processed by constant-temperature drying before production to effectively control moisture content and prevent future deformation and cracking.
The main material uses 18mm thick high-quality birch plywood. All cutting, grooving, and drilling are completed by precision CNC equipment to ensure each product has an accurate structure and tight joints.
High-quality toothed screws and hinges are used to firmly grip the wood and prevent loosening after long-term use. All screws can be covered or hidden, keeping the surface clean and attractive while preventing scratch risks.
For soft wall toys, EVA material is used. It is BPA free, allowing children to touch it safely.
Water-based paint is used, and the gloss level can be customized according to customer needs. It is impact-resistant and scratch-resistant.
Multi-stage manual sanding ensures a smooth, burr-free surface. All edges and corners are rounded or chamfered to prevent sharp edges from injuring children.

Häufig gestellte Fragen
Wall toys are used to create fixed hands-on activity areas on classroom walls. They help children practice sliding, turning, matching, touching, and problem-solving while keeping the floor area clear for other classroom activities.
Yes. Different wall toy designs can be selected for different age groups. Toddlers usually need simple sensory and large-handle activities, while older preschool children can use bead mazes, gears, and puzzle panels.
The installation height should match the children’s age and reach. Toddler wall toys should be installed lower so children can use them comfortably, while preschool-age panels can be placed slightly higher, depending on the activity type and wall layout.
Yes. Many wall toys are designed with sliding tracks, knobs and matching parts. These activities encourage children to use their fingers and hands, helping develop hand control, finger strength, and hand-eye coordination.
Wall toys with smooth surfaces and water-based paint are easier to clean during daily classroom use. Since most activity parts stay attached to the wall, teachers do not need to spend extra time collecting scattered pieces.
Not exactly. Busy boards are usually smaller activity boards with several simple life-skill elements, while wall toys can be designed as larger wall-mounted learning systems for classrooms, corridors, sensory corners, and project spaces.
It depends on the classroom size, wall length, and how many children will use the area at the same time. A small classroom may only need one or two panels, while a larger classroom, corridor, or sensory area can use a multi-panel combination to create a complete activity wall.
Most wall toys are designed for quiet hands-on play, such as sliding, turning, matching, touching, and tracking. They are usually quieter than loose toys, blocks, or floor activities.
Yes. Wall toys can support visual tracking, hand movement, touch exploration, and focused repetitive actions. For inclusive spaces, the activity difficulty, installation height, and sensory input can be adjusted based on children’s needs.
